Just a quibble, but I'm not sure it's correct to call it an "on-field fatality" when he didn't die on the field. The article on Chapman says he died 12 hours later in a hospital. Having a hard time coming up with better wording, though. Maybe "fatal injury sustained during a game" or something like that.
