Pelfrey is the Man

[edit] Michael or Mike?

Though Michael is his given birthname, Pelfrey in all cases as I've ever heard him named, is usually called Mike. If someone can find a source that says he prefers Michael, thats all I need. I just think the title of the article is better suited as Mike Pelfrey. Mike Piazza's page isn't Michael Piazza, his given name. I just see it as an inconsistancy. Sounds reasonable to me. http://newyork.mets.mlb.com/NASApp/mlb/team/player.jsp?player_id=460059 agrees. I'd say go ahead and move it. This article's been around a while - it may have been less clear when it was created. —Wknight94 (talk) 03:50, 14 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Requested move

Michael PelfreyMike Pelfrey — as per above -- Mike is how he's known on MLB.com, ESPN.com, etc. —Amazins490 (talk) 19:26, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
