Mikkel Hansen (born October 22, 1987) is a Danish handballer, currently playing for Spanish league side FC Barcelona. Hansen is widely regarded as one of the biggest talents ever seen in Danish handball.[citation needed]
He joined FC Barcelona in June 2008. He previously played for Danish Handball League club GOG Svendborg, with whom he won the Danish championship in 2007.
He has played two matches for the Danish national handball team.
