Mike Schwartz was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and was raised in Santa Barbara, California. He has lived in Los Angeles for several years, pursuing a career as an actor and a writer in the entertainment field. He is currently a writer on the former NBC now ABC television sitcom Scrubs. He also appears on the show in a recurring role, playing "Lloyd the Delivery Guy" and later on playing the role of an ambulance driver.
