Isaiah "Mike" Caldwell, Jr. (born August 31, 1971 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee) is a former American football linebacker who played 11 seasons in the National Football League. He played college football at Middle Tennessee State University and was drafted in the third round of the 1993 NFL Draft.
Caldwell currently serves as the defensive quality control coach for the Philadelphia Eagles.
