Mike Bolen II (born October 27, 1971 in St. Louis, Missouri) is an American business executive, and entrepreneur, He is the CEO of M.K. Bolen Inc., an American-based real estate brokerage and owner of the MBFA art gallery. Bolen rose to early business prominence in the 1990's when in 1996 he purchased his first IHOP (restaurant) by 2000 he had operated, franchised, sold and developed 104 IHOP's across America. In 2004 Forbes magazine selected Bolen as #87 out of 100 most likely young Americans under 35 to make the wealthiest 400 in their lifetime. Bolen received a great deal of recent publicity following the success of his Napa Valley art gallery where he opened with Guggenheim recipient Olive Ayhens and celebrity artist Guy Stanley Philoche.

Mr. Bolen purchased the assets of the defunct Realty Executives franchisee for Napa Valley in January of 2006. From January 2006 until July 1st 2006 he rebuilt the firm recruited new agents and built out additional space for the growing firm he called Napa Estates. On July 1st 2006 he launched Intero Real Estate Services at 1000 Main Street in downtown Napa. The residential side of the firm outgrew the 1000 Main Street location in less than two years. In January 2007 the North Bay Business Journal ranked the Commercial division the 12th largest in San Francisco's North Bay. Intero Commercial achieved this fete with only 6 months July 2006-December 2006 worth of data. On the same day of October 15th 2007 Bolen assigned Intero Commercialthe old Intero residential divisions space at 1000 Main Street on the corner of 1st and Main. October 18th Mike Bolen II announced Larry Spiterione of the most sought after managers in California was recruited as Vice President and Director of Operations for Intero Real Estate Services of Sonoma and Napa county on the residential side. Also on October 18th Mike Bolen II announced he will personally head the Intero Commercial division and officially end his affiliation with Intero Real Estate Services residential division.

Bolen attended Parkway Central High School in St. Louis, Missouri where he graduated with below average grades. He attended a series of post high school institutions including University of Missouri–Columbia, Saint Louis University and ultimately graduated from University of Missouri–St. Louis with a degree in Public Administration in 1995. Bolen became a member of the Sigma Chi secret society while in college.
