Mike Aviles (born March 13, 1981 in New York City) is a Major League Baseball infielder for the Kansas City Royals.

On May 29, 2008, Aviles was called up from the Triple-A to the Major league club to replace designated hitter Billy Butler on the roster. In 50 games with the Omaha Royals before his promotion, Aviles was hitting .338 with ten home runs and 42 RBI. Off-season, Aviles has a job at PBI in Upper Saddle River,NJ[citation needed].
