Mihai Iordache (born in 13 March 1967 in Bucharest) is a Romanian saxophone player. At the present he is the saxophone player for the Romanian alternative rock band Kumm.

Mihai began playing saxophone in 1990 under the influence of Charlie Parker, Lee Konitz and Ornette Coleman. His first professional gig was playing a solo by a rock group called Timpuri Noi. After that he joined Harry Tavitian's blues trio. Later that year with Florin Dumitrescu he formed a rock group called Sarmalele Reci. In 1999 he left the band and start playing with pianist Lucian Ban and later with Vlaicu Golcea's Rebop Factory.

In 2001 he began writing his own music relasing two albums. Iordache - Friday in 2003 and Dissipatin' in 2005.

Since 2003 he joined Kumm.
