Micronations on the whole aren't regarded as notable enough for entries on Wikipedia unless there is something very special about them. There are micronations that have existed for over ten years which had articles deleted from WP because they aren't notable enough. Certainly one that's only just been created isn't going to pass the notability test. If you want to contest its deletion, remove the prod template, and it will be taken to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion for a formal discussion on whether it is worth an article, but unless there is something very significant about Rotonda, I don't think there's any chance it would survive that discussion either.
