Miguel's Mexican Restaurant is a small chain of fast-food restaurants specializing in Mexican-style cuisine. The franchise began in Corona, California as a tradition dine-in restaurant, two years later the company created a fast food style restaurant. The chain now has two dine-in (Corona & Foothill Ranch) and nine fast food (Corona, Norco, Fontana, Grand Terrace, & Riverside) style restaurants located around the Corona area. Miguel's also has a new full service restaurant in the works at Dos Lagos on the lakes.[1].
