Midler

Midler is a minor, fictional character appearing in the Japanese manga JoJo's Bizarre Adventure (ジョジョの奇妙な冒険 Jojo no kimyōna bōken?), by Hirohiko Araki. The character is portrayed as an enemy of the protagonist.

Midler is named after Bette Midler, and is a Stand user never seen except face-down in two frames of the JoJo manga. Her stand is The High Priestess, which can take the form of anything metallic.
When Capcom were doing the series 3 fighting game, they wanted to use Midler, but because her face was never shown, they asked Araki to redesign her into something like a belly-dancer. The design that Araki used is very similar to that of the drained women whom Hol Horse finds in Dio Brando's mansion.[citation needed]
