Middlezoy is a village and civil parish on the Somerset Levels in the Sedgemoor district of Somerset, England.
The Church of the Holy Cross dates from the 13th century. It has a 3-stage tower similar to that at Lyng and has been designated by English Heritage as a grade I listed building.[1]
