[edit] What this template is
This template is an all-in-one bar for use at the top of every section on a talkpage. It implements a priority system, so if something is high priority, it will flash in bright red letters. It also has a function to show the current status, or outcome, of the discussion, as well as a note for any action taken.
There is also the feature of a big red bar showing if there is unread messages (on a user talk page)

priority=high and priority=low creates either High Priority or Low Priority.

Typing reply=no will create another bar underneath showing the user in question where the latest message was.
[edit] Finished Tag
Typing {{User talk:Microchip08/header|finished= }} will cancel the archive limiter, allowing the section to be archived. Note the space between the equals sign and the closing braces.
