this information on cytochrome p450 is misleading to the point of being incorrect and needs rewording. From my understanding Cytochrome p450 is in cell membranes, and while cytochrome p450 can be in a microsome, this implies that it is only in the cytoplasm. I don't think that this information is correct and seriously needs to be reviewed by an expert. However, I am no where near an expert, I just see conflicting information with this an other sources by pharmogolists discussing this matter - but I haven't found a written form to cite.
