[edit] Next version

The next version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM should normally be available around end 2007 and will be called "Titan". —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 194.78.179.88 (talk) 16:50, 2 February 2007 (UTC).

Actually, the code name is "Titan" but the release name will be CRM Live. -Brian(view my history)/(How am I doing?) 03:36, 11 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Microsoft doesn't seem to use CRM

Called Microsoft events regarding a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Launch at the event phone number. They wanted to know who was in charge of the event so they could transfer me to the correct person (I had the event number and my registration number, but they weren't enough.)

The national events line transfered me to the New York office, who ran through the whole rigamarole again, and after talking to three people, they transfered me to a dead line.

You'd think any company selling a CRM would use it. But it seems that for some reason, these Microsoft employees didn't. I wonder whether they aren't using their own product, or if they are using it, why it didn't give the Microsoft employees the information they needed? --Hank1230071224 (talk) 14:16, 7 May 2008 (UTC)
