How can this be an advertisement for a company? The company went belly up in the early 1980's! It's just a history of the company that made the famous game Spelunker. JettaMann 15:02, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

The problem here is the tone of the article and the lack of references, but there's no need to delete it for now. I'm sure this can be improved and sourced properly. Pascal.Tesson 15:12, 14 October 2007 (UTC)

Hi, I'm Cash Foley who is referenced in the article. The article is very accurate and obviously is sourced by someone who knew a lot of the internal operations of the company. Pascal is correct in that there probably is not good references to this content. If there is, I haven't seen it. I'm not sure what is "advertisement" about the content. Please be specific in your complaint. The only factual issue I found had to do with the Halloween Game. As far as I know, Wizard went out of business before any games were actually sold. This is the cause of the "low sales". It was a fixed contract so it did not adversely effect MGI. Ironically, it did get reviewed in some game magazine and was actually fairly fun to play. I assume I could publish my account of the founding of MGI as a reference. Why was this page renamed "MicroGraphic Image"? The company name was "MicroGraphicImage". This is clearly deomonstrated on the original Spelunker box at http://strategywiki.org/wiki/Image:Spelunker_A800_box.jpg Cashfoley (talk) 12:44, 17 January 2008 (UTC)

I second that - the article still refers to the company as MicroGraphicImage, and so does the article on e.g. Halloween. There are lots of Google hits for "micrographic image" but they tend to be in a scientific context, e.g. this patent for "fault isolation of circuit defects using comparative magnetic field imaging". -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 20:09, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

The MicroGraphicImage in this reference is unrelated to the Game Company where I was employed. Nonetheless, I still beg the answer as to why this article should be removed.Cashfoley (talk) 05:04, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
