[edit] Dates

I come from the german Wikipedia (so please forgive me my english) and try to find out something about Mick's time in the Rolling Stones. Now I read here, he was playing with the Kinks from 1963 to 1984 (Quote: Work with the band (1963-1984)) - right down under this Line I read, he was hired in January 1964.... This doesn't fit as far as I can see. But my basic Problem is more or less to find out when he has left the Rolling Stones. I would be glad if someone could help me with this. Thanks anyhow -- Hartmann Schedel 21:04, 15 May 2006 (UTC)

I do not think he was ever really a Rolling Stone. I believe his mother was friends with Mick Jagger's mother (or something) and played with the Rolling Stones at their Marquee Club debut. This probably would have been in 1962 or 1963. Anyway, Keith Richard's did not think that he was a very good drummer. I do not believe he was ever a permanent, he was only temporary. member.--Bappzannigan 23:23, 10 November 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Major problems

This article has some major problems. One of the most glaring is grammatical; it reads as if written by someone still trying to learn English. There are too many uncited claims. I'll try to fix some of the more glaring language problems. Theamazingzeno (talk) 06:38, 15 February 2008 (UTC)
