Michael Robert Lee (Australian Cricket Player) Born 3rd June 1968 was an Australian cricket player who also played with Surrey County Cricket Club in England. He was also a member of the Western Warriors squad before a dibilitating illness struck him down and prematurely ended a promising carreer. His bowling speed was clocked at an a amazing 148 KPH at the age of 22. At 21 he was invited to train with the Ashes Squads at the WACA ground before the final test in the Ashes series and gained himself a reputation after breaking the finger of Englands John Morris whilst bowling at him in the nets. He was subsequently invited to play in England and played some County matches with Surrey's second eleven. He also was involved in training with the West Indies and England cricket teams before the fifth test at the oval in 1991. At 27 Michael suffered a serious bout of ulcerative colitus thus ending his cricket carreer.
