No. It is nothing but idle speculation, originally from The People, hardly the most reliable of sources. apparently close to sealing a deal with the Reds during the January transfer window, but an ill-timed injury to Johnson saw the deal flutter away into the wilderness is nonsense for a start, as the injury occurred well before the transfer window even opened.
