Is there a source for the statement from Bogdanov's solicitor "I cannot continue to try an honourable man" in the fourth paragraph? The story of this trial was covered (as an anniversary piece) here on the BBC News website, with no mention of this, focussing instead on the intervention by the office of the Attorney General.
