Michael "Mick" Pennisi (born March 3, 1975 in Australia) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Red Bull Barako. He was automatically hired by Red Bull in 2000.

Pennisi is a very good left-handed 3-point shooter. In the 2007-08 PBA Philippine Cup, He is the third highest 3-point field goal shooter behind his team mate Mike Hrabak and Ren-Ren Ritualo. His career high is 29 points. Sometimes, He is regarded as one of the tallest Filipino basketball players standing at 6 foot 9 inches.
He averaged 10.8 points in the 2007 Season. He also averaged 7.6 Rebounds.
