Michael Richard Cote (born 1949) is the fifth bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Norwich. Cote was ordained a priest on June 25, 1975, by Pope Paul VI in Rome. On May 9, 1995, he was appointed titular bishop of Cebarades and auxiliary bishop of Portland; he was consecrated on July 27, 1995. On March 11, 2003, Cote was appointed Bishop of Norwich; Archbishop Daniel A. Cronin of Hartford installed him on May 14, 2003.
