Michael McCall

Michael McCall is an Irish inventor credited with several contributions to ale brewing. McCall has a background in chemical engineering and biology and has developed several next-generation yeast strains. PPY-1109 and LLV-1008 were developed specifically to aid in the fermentation of high gravity ales and lagers.
