Michael Lassell

Michael Lassell (1947 - ), is a professional writer and publisher.
Lassell currently resides in New York City along the Hudson River. There he is the features Director of Metropolitan Home Magazine. This award winning author/editor of dozens of books of poetry, fiction and non-fiction holds degrees from Colgate University, California institute of the Arts, and the Yale School of Drama. Lassell has written extensively in the fields of design, travel, the arts as well as the gay and lesbian community. His career spans over twenty years and appears in newspapers, magazines, books, journals and anthologies. Lassell's work has also been translated into numerous languages. His work behind the scenes on Broadway with Disney have been described as some of the most honest accounts of production life.
He has formerly worked as an editor of Interview and L.A. Style magazines, also a theater critic for the Los Angeles herald Examiner and L.A. Weekly
