Michael Galea

Michael Galea is a Maltese striker, born on the 1st February 1979. He started his career with Melita, and then in 1997-1998 he joined Birkirkara FC, becoming the captain and leader of the team. He is the most loved and respected player by the supporters. He scored a memorbale number of 144 goals in 10 seasons, being the club's best scorer ever. Michael played for the senior national team. In the season 2005-2006 he had an injury which kept him away from the pitch for almost a year.
