Michael Louis Crilly (born June 15, 1990 in Riverside, CA) is a semi-professional mixed martial arts fighter.

Crilly grew up as an only child in the run-down north end of Riverside, CA. As a young child, Crilly learned to fight as a mode of defense on the rough streets. He first used a gun at age seven, and was arrested for the first time at age eight.[1] By age 10 he had attended three different elementary schools due to trouble with fighting.

Crilly attented Norte Vista High School where he competed in football, wrestling, and baseball. On the football field Crilly was rarely played due to his temper issues. He was kicked out of three games his senior year for illegally using his helmet. Crilly was a solid catcher on the baseball diamond, but excelled at the sport of wrestling.[2] Crilly won the CIF Championship at the 171lbs. weight class in 2006, and 2008. In 2007 he took second place when he was called for an illegal suplex.[3]

Crilly began wrestling in underground cage fights at age 17. His underground record was a resounding 9-0 in less than 11 months[4]. Crilly fought his first recognized MMA fight against Dexter McGinnis (1-3 career record) on Jun 2, 2008. Crilly won by submission in the second round of the fight[5]. Crilly is being hailed as the next potential 18 year old champ at the MMA[6].
