Michael Clancy (born 1949) was Governor and Commander-in-Chief of St. Helena and Dependencies (Ascension Island & Tristan da Cunha) from 2004 until 2007. He is married to Claire Clancy who is currently the Chief Executive of the National Assembly of Wales.
