Michał Przysiężny (born 16 February 1984 in Głogów) is a Polish tennis player.

He qualified for his first grand slam (2007 U.S. Open) by beating compatriot Łukasz Kubot. He then lost to Michael Berrer 1–6, 6–4, 1–6, 6–7(4) in the first round.
