This image of Sir Michael's face is cropped from a larger photograph taken by the late Klaus Reisinger of Studio Reisinger, Vienna, Austria, and presented to me, Robert S. Kissel, as a present.

I allow it to be displayed here on the pages of Wikipedia, and allow it to be reproduced freely.
