Międzygórze (German: Wölfelsgrund) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bystrzyca Kłodzka, within Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.
It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south-east of Bystrzyca Kłodzka, 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Kłodzko, and 102 kilometres (63 mi) south of the regional capital Wrocław.
The village has a population of 700.
