[edit] Tallest building south of NYC

In terms of actual height, there are several buildings in the US south of New York which are taller than Met3. However, with the added stipulation of floor count, I'm not sure whether Met3 qualifies or the JPMorgan Chase Tower in Houston. The articles place the floor counts at 75 for JPMorgan Chase Tower and 76 for Met3. This is close enough that I think we need a citation to verify. -- SwissCelt 06:57, 12 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Tallest building south of New York City -- Not!

There is a fabulous amount of building construction in Miami and skyscrapers are going up everywhere in The Magic City. Not to diminish the impressiveness of this building boom, I must insist the claim this building is the tallest south of NYC is bogus. Most people would agree with me that Philadelphia is south of NYC (just like Boston is north of NYC and Washington, DC is south of Philadelphia!) and under construction, nearing completion, is the Comcast Center standing at 975 feet. Floor count notwithstanding, Comcast Center is taller.Buddmar 02:23, 20 July 2007 (UTC)buddmar

I thought the article stated tallest *residential* building south of NYC. Is Comcast a residential? - Marc Averette 13:59, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
