[edit] Merged in

I have integrated all the material from Methuselah's Children (short story), which I propose should be deleted. This novel is a short novel, but it is definitely longer than a short story, though it might be called a novella, depending on word count. It has been published as a book with this title. [edit] Time Dilation

Corrected the second-to-last paragraph in the plot summary. Changed from:

Because of time dilation effects, seventy-five years have passed on Earth.

to

The Families return to the Solar System to discover that their travels have taken seventy-five Earth-years.

The story makes it clear that 'Planet of the Apes'-style time dilation has not happened. The Families just spent 75 years traveling under a regular drive and living on the two planets. The faster-than-light travel time amounted to nothing. Also cleared up ambiguous phrasing. -C
