[edit] Help needed

  1. what kind of stub tag is appropriate? It's not really a law (despite its name); under the Science-stubs category the closest I could find was anthropology, whereas the science is closer to psychology
  2. a link to the actual Tide magazine article would be nice
  3. I doubt that the study's author Sam Gill is also the saxophonist Sam Gill but don't have enough info

I was striking to me how many books referenced this study even though it seems a little weak. Perhaps it is simply too good an anecdote to pass up! rewinn 04:26, 27 October 2006 (UTC)

[edit] What is this?

I just stumbled across this, and it doesn't really provide any useful information. Is this article lacking or am I just blind? Please enlighten a casual reader. --67.176.97.243 00:34, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

This cites to a number of textbooks and article that reference the study concerning the Metallic Metals Act; it could cite to more but three should suffice. While a wikipedia article need not be actually useful, in this case, there is some utility to this article in that a person who reads those articles or textbooks may wish to know more about the study; this article documents what is known about it, including the possibility that the study itself was a hoax, or may have been real; we just don't know. rewinn (talk) 21:10, 25 February 2008 (UTC)
