[edit] Changed tracklist Layout

I put it under a Table format. This allows for the general layout to be clearer and contain better information. Specified when needed who was the singer, and who was the composer.
All info taken directly from the CD booklet. This is the reason for some redundant info, i.e. "Surfing Guitar ( 66 Boys )" by "66 Boys". This is because that is the name of the song as displayed by the booklet.
Capitalization also respects the booklet. This is why there are some places where one might expect a capital, but in fact, there isn't i.e. "starsailor" and not "Starsailor" or "music by" and not "Music by"
I also added total CD time, changed "1","2" to "one","two", and added "SPECIAL CAMOUFLAGE KEY DISC", as on the booklet.
