Method grab

In boardsports, the method grab is a complex trick combining a spin and grab.

To perform the method grab, the rider will begin by popping a fresh ollie off the tail of their board while simultaneously grabbing the center of the board BEHIND your front foot's heel and turning the board 90 degrees to their backside(facing opposite the direction of travel like half of a backside 180º). The rider must now revert to a normal position unless they're super sick, then they can continue with another trick.
