2. The image is used to illustrate the game's first person perspective which was the source of much criticism initially and later praise.
3. This image has been used in several websites, and so use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is.
4. The image is being used in an informative way and should not detract from the game.
5. The image does not limit Nintendo's ability to sell the game.
6. Metroid Prime has been released for public purposes, and therefore, the screenshot is intended for wide distribution.
