President of the Iraqi Kurdistan Regional Government Masoud Barzani meets with Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld in the Pentagon on Oct. 27, 2005. Barzani and Rumsfeld are meeting to discuss defense issues of mutual interest.
