[edit] Reasons for Notability

  • Meraki was mentioned elsewhere in Wikipedia prior to the creation of this article (in the San Francisco Municipal Wireless and the Linksys WRT54G series article.
  • They are one of the few (only?) companies that are producing the hardware and software that can be used to easily set up adhoc mesh networks.

[edit] Recommend for Deletion

This is a purely self-serving commercial posting and should be removed. Claims for uniqueness are overstated. 71.6.14.105 00:16, 14 November 2007 (UTC)

Disagree. Feel free to edit parts of the page that you think are purely self-serving. However, I believe that their hardware and software are very unique. If you disagree with that please provide other examples of similar hardware and software. Thank you. Jrincayc 03:21, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
Taking no position on whether the article should live or die, what has uniqueness got to do with it? Wikipedia:Notability seems to say nothing about that. Jim.henderson 04:30, 14 November 2007 (UTC)
I think it is notable as well based on the number of independent articles. [1] [2][3]Jrincayc 03:37, 15 November 2007 (UTC)
