She is also the former Head of Programming at the Learning Annex. An integral part of the team, Miller helped take the company from two million to one hundred million dollars in annual revenue in under three years. She was named as one of the 40 "rising stars" in 2007's "40 under 40" list by Crain's magazine.
[edit] The Holly Hunter interview
In late July 2007, an unedited video of Merry conducting an interview with actress Holly Hunter on ABC News Now's segment "What's the Buzz" was leaked onto YouTube. Miller appeared to be extremely nervous and her ear-piece connecting her to the director had failed. This was her first time on air. In an interview with ABC reporters regarding the Hunter interview, Miller acknowledged the attention she's been given online in response to the leaked video and intends to "...take this phenomenon that I created and drive it somewhere."
