Meridio is a privately owned software company founded in 2001 with world-wide operations in the USA, Europe and Asia Pacific. Meridio develops enterprise Document and Records Management (eDRM) software exclusively for the Microsoft platform. The goal of Meridio is to enable organizations to meet their corporate governance needs which include compliance to legislation, avoidance of litigation, and business process optimization.
