[edit] suggested move to Mendocino County wine

There is no "Mendocino County AVA" defined in the Code of Federal Regulations Title 27, Part 9. While there is a "Mendocino AVA" and a "Mendocino Ridge AVA," and "Mendocino County" is (like every U.S. county name) a valid wine appelation, "Mendocino County AVA" is a misnomer. I propose that this article be reworked and renamed to Mendocino County wine, as was done with the "Sonoma County AVA" article. Stepheng3 (talk) 06:03, 8 January 2008 (UTC)
