There are two conflicting birthplaces on this page: Augusta, Maine and Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. cstraw 06:13, 6 March 2006 (UTC)
- I fixed this. He was born in Augusta, Maine. His successor, Edward Douglass White, was born in Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Someone copied the info over and didn't change it. Ydorb 00:55, 8 March 2006 (UTC)
