Why does Melting Temperature direct here first? Surely this is not the most basic definition of a melting temperature that most people will be looking for...

That is why I am suggesting this page be merged into DNA melting. The phrase melting temperature can have a disambiguation page pointing to melting and DNA melting. -Madeleine 18:55, 3 April 2007 (UTC)
