[edit] language / style

This article is poorly written and probably needs to be redone completely. The english is ... awful. Chris 10:54, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

It is also completely innacurate. The Magistrates' Court can deal with quite serious matters, including intentionally causing injury, recklessly causing serious injury, some aggravated burglary charges and thefts/deceptions up to $100,000 per charge. I agree with Chris, the site needs to be completely redone.
