Melvin Mamaclay (born June 1, 1979 in Ilocos Sur, Philippines) is a professional basketball player in the Philippine Basketball Association who currently plays for the Sta. Lucia Realtors. He was drafted 13th overall by Sta. Lucia in 2007.
