Melleny Brown is a voice actress best known for playng Cheer Bear in Nelvana's animated Care Bears franchise. During the 1980s, she also starred on Inspector Gadget and the Star Wars-inspired Ewoks. She also appeared in Nelvana's first feature film, 1983's Rock & Rule.
