Melissa Suffield (born Melissa Hollie Carter on 24 December 1992 in West London) is an English actress who is best known for playing Lucy Beale in BBC's EastEnders. Her first appearance on the show was on 28 October 2004.

Melissa was featured in an advertisement for a children's drama called 'Master Storyteller, Magic Granddad', 1 episode of Agatha Christie's Poirot (Five Little Pigs) and in two episodes of Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.[citation needed] She is a voice for one of the children in CBeebies toddlers programme Boo!.[citation needed]
