Melinda Estes is a neuropathologist and president and chief executive of the Fletcher Allen Health Care corporation, based in Burlington, Vermont. She previously served as the chief executive of the Cleveland Clinic Florida for three years. [1]

Estes has a bachelors of science degree from Sam Houston State University, a medical doctorate from University of Texas Medical Branch and a masters of business administration from Case Western Reserve University.[1]

In addition to having served as the chief executive of the Cleveland Clinic Florida and her appointment to Fletcher Allen Health Care, Estes has worked previously as director of business development at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland and executive vice president and chief of staff at the MetroHealth corporation - also in Cleveland.
