This media is tagged using the deprecated {{PD-LOC}} template.
PD-LOC identifies the work as being sourced from the United States Library of Congress.
The fact that a work came from the US Library of Congress is not an indication that it is public domain.
Please check the copyright status of this work and replace this tag with {{LOC-image|id=abcde.12345}} plus an appropriate copyright tag.
If the copyright status of this work can not be confirmed as free this media should be listed for deletion. |

Copyright 1908, thus public domain. Obtained from the Library of Congress, digital ID cph.3b41804. (Link added by Lupo 13:58, 22 March 2006 (UTC))
- LoC usually says "no known restrictions on publication" for PD images. They don't do so for this photograph. Photographer: Theodore C. Marceau; born 1868 and appears to have lived as late as 1929. Why is this image so blurry? The version at the LoC is much better! Lupo 13:58, 22 March 2006 (UTC)
