AERIAL VIEW OF THE AIRCRAFT CARRIER HMAS MELBOURNE (II) REFUELLING THE TYPE 14 ANTI SUBMARINE FRIGATE HMAS QUICKMATCH (F04) WHILE LAUNCHING A FAIREY GANNET ANTI SUBMARINE AIRCRAFT. NOTE HOW THE CARRIER'S CRANE IS USED TO SUSPEND THE REFUELLING HOSE. THREE MORE GANNETS AWAIT THEIR TURN ON THE CATAPULT AND A SEA VENOM FIGHTER IS SPOTTED FORWARD. (NAVAL HISTORICAL COLLECTION)
